When life gets tough, we sometimes look for help in the wrong places and end up getting disappointed. God wants us to train ourselves to look up above when we are discouraged. The same God who created heaven and earth can surely help us through any trials we may face.

So let’s lift up our eyes and our hearts to God and know that he sees our needs, hears our requests and will help us in our time of trouble.

Almighty God, I do look to do for help because I know that you are the true source of comfort, power and hope in my life. Thank you for being faithful to me all throughout my life. Amen.
