Psalm 139:23-24

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me and know my thoughts. And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Key Thought

God knows us inside and out. We cannot pretend we are something we are not with him. This should help us to be comfortable sharing our innermost thoughts and feelings with him. In doing this we can build a close and intimate relationship with our heavenly Father. We can become transformed by inviting God to look at our hearts, our motivations and our desires and lead us in the way of righteousness.

Prayer

Dear God, search my heart and my thoughts and find any offensive way in me. Please fill me with your Spirit to enable me to become more like Christ. Amen.
